CEO - Great Bio Tech Company

Peter joined Vistage to build upon his leadership skills and to help his fellow Vistage members uncover opportunities that they may be overlooking. Giving back and contributing to the success of the group is important to Peter as he considers himself to be in the “legacy” stage of his career.

A lifelong entrepreneur, Peter founded is first company in 1984, six more since then and is now five years into building Great Bio Tech Company. He is a college dropout, but a voracious learner.

Phil Dowley

Phil Dowley served in leadership roles at various businesses located throughout San Diego County for more than twenty years. He is currently self-employed focusing on investment opportunities as well as advising/mentoring other high achieving executives.

Sheri Harvey

Chief Executive Officer / Owner - Comfort Keepers

Sheri has over 20 years of experience as a business entrepreneur and senior business leader, including direct sales, marketing, systems development, project management and organizational change and design. She is a driven, results-oriented professional with an executive background in both growth-oriented and established businesses.

Sheri has extensive experience with designing internal control processes, metrics and information systems, budgeting, deal valuation, contract negotiation, and business plan development. She is also Chief Operations Officer & Co-Owner of Comfort Keepers in San Diego, and through her dedication to customer service excellence and her focus on day-to-day operations, she caused the business to continually improve the services provided to San Diego seniors and their families.

Yi Wang

VP-Strategic Data & Analytics Mgr

Yi is a banking/lending credit risk analytics professional specializing in modeling and system implementation. He also serves as a data mining and quantitative modeling consultant.

Yi’s current working programming skills include SQL, EXCEL/VBA, SAS, R, Python and FICO Blaze system decision module. He brings past programming experience in MATLAB, C#, SAP Business Objects and QRM.

Matias Beer Vuco

Founder & COO

C-level executive experienced in business development and growth in commercial areas, finance, technology, and operations. Acts as partner to high-level stakeholders, clients, and investors, to ensure business goals are met within scope and budget. Aged 29 he has successfully founded 3 independent triple-impact companies and directed teams of over 250 people officiating as interim-CEO for one of the biggest travel companies in Uruguay during the pandemic travel crisis.
